CUPCAKES!!

I made a big batch of cupcakes for a bridal shower this weekend! Boston Cream pie, Girls Night out, Chocolate Lovers Dream and The Southern Bell. Loved them all!!!

Who doesn't love croissants??

Just a few shots of the croissants I made.....So light and airy!! Love them!!! Ham and cheese, Chocolate, plain and a morning bun. Nothing smells as good as fresh baked croissants!!! Maybe i'll make another batch soon!!!

Strawberry Cake!

This cake was SOO good. I cheated a bit and used a box mix....I KNOW!!! But I then topped it with fresh whipped cream and sliced strawberries. A great Summer dessert and it made me enjoy the strawberry box cake mix. The whipped cream cut the sweetness of the cake and the strawberries added great texture!!! Lola's idea, my creation.
