Its Spring time!!

It's spring time in the wine country and my rose bushes are in full bloom!! These easy rolled "roses" are my take on the beautiful inspiration I got from nature!!! The cakes are red velvet, my favorite!! with a creamy cream cheese frosting. So good!!!
