Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Chocolate chip cookies, you gotta have more
You can bake them in the oven or buy them at the store
But whatever you do, have them ready at the door
And I'll love you till I die!

I made a batch of Chocolate chip cookies!!! The top picture is all the cookies scooped and lined up to be frozen. Then when ever I want some cookies I just have to go to the freezer!!! Such a GREAT time!!! Nothing say summer like a chocolate chip cookie!!!

CUPCAKES!!

I made a big batch of cupcakes for a bridal shower this weekend! Boston Cream pie, Girls Night out, Chocolate Lovers Dream and The Southern Bell. Loved them all!!!

Who doesn't love croissants??

Just a few shots of the croissants I made.....So light and airy!! Love them!!! Ham and cheese, Chocolate, plain and a morning bun. Nothing smells as good as fresh baked croissants!!! Maybe i'll make another batch soon!!!

Strawberry Cake!

This cake was SOO good. I cheated a bit and used a box mix....I KNOW!!! But I then topped it with fresh whipped cream and sliced strawberries. A great Summer dessert and it made me enjoy the strawberry box cake mix. The whipped cream cut the sweetness of the cake and the strawberries added great texture!!! Lola's idea, my creation.

Bambino Shower!

Its Spring time!!

It's spring time in the wine country and my rose bushes are in full bloom!! These easy rolled "roses" are my take on the beautiful inspiration I got from nature!!! The cakes are red velvet, my favorite!! with a creamy cream cheese frosting. So good!!!
